Where I was: I was nervous about the sustainability of just selling 'coaching'. I was getting tied in knots about how coaching/mentoring fits and how I sell that. My messaging was inconsistent.
Where I am: My messaging is much more consistent, and I'm more confident to talk about what I do, what I'm good at, and grab opportunities.
Before joining Fruitful Founder™️…
I had no real signature offer, I was getting regular clients but selling coaching in packages of hours. I had great conversion rate for disco calls (usually around 60-75%) but not enough leads coming into them. Typically people had experience of coaching or were referred by someone with experience of coaching. Packages of hours were often £500 - £750 a space. Workplaces were paying for coaching and I would then charge more, but still on an hourly rate. I felt like I was having to make up a package for every call.
My hesitations were…
Making the time, and whether if I could make the time whether I'd be better off saving money and just putting the time in to pull it together without support.

I'm finding messaging is much quicker - I've sent lots more emails for example and my open rate is now consistently 60-65%.

I'm feeling really confident about selling this new offer (now one has sold!). Overall it's been a confidence booster, which you really need as a small business owner.
